We Know Training is looking for a full-time Health and Safety Account Manager to join our Business Development team. Someone with a deep understanding of safety, and safety buyers across Canada who is eager to offer our safety staffing, consulting, and training solutions. Outbound sales prospecting, conferences and tradeshows, proposals, and industry-relations are just a snapshot of an average day-in-the life in this job. The Job 


  • Manage a hugesales territory: Safety solutions provider for all of Canada and the US 
  • Crush sales targets while balancing big picture business goals
  • Partner with VP of Business Development to identify and pursue strategic opportunities with associations, and regulators.
  • Learn our safety solutions, leverage your own industry expertise, and then own large-scale sales of all titles and technology (staffing, training, consulting and credentialing software) in your portfolio 
  • Stay current on relevant industry updates and developments in your territory 
  • Tap into our network of 25,000 training managers, then hunt down another 25,000 leads to seek out new opportunities and drive more training purchases
  • Follow-up on leads provided by our Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Track your success! Maintain lead data in our CRM, then write up regular funnel reporting, analysis, and feedback to showcase region performance and opportunities
  • Craft unbeatable proposals, price quotes, and information requests to qualified leads
  • Travel your territory for in-person sales and customer meetings, and to represent Danatec at conferences, tradeshows, and other events 
  • Showcase Danatec’s safety software and products through tradeshow presentations, private demos, procurement meetings, and remote online demos

Your Qualifications 


  • You have a tenured sales background, and proven track record for building profitable relationships
  • You have past experience, and relationships in the health and safety industry
  • You are able to act like you know what you are talking about when pitching technical features for digital products and services
  • You are ready to become a de facto expert in safety training, consulting, and staffing
  • You are ready to hit the ground running in our existing customers
  • You can deliver a killer presentation and turn a sales proposal into a modern epic
  • You are a delight to work with, empowered to take action but accountable to your teammates
